Research has shown resihi may play a role in helping maintain the immune system

  • Natural chemicals called polysaccharides are thought to play an important role in reishi’s benefits, with one study showing that they were able to help nerve cells, involved in the body’s immune response, grow.
  • Another study shows the mushroom having pronounced anti-oxidant activity.
  • A further study, shows extracts from the mushroom could act in an anti-inflammatory manner.

As follows:

  • Use one tea bag per cup.
  • Leave to brew for 3-4 minutes in freshly boiled water. Sweeten as desired.
  • Store in a dry place.

DO NOT use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
