Bitter Melon Tea

Ingredients: bitter melon
Although a relation of the watermelon, bitter melons look more like cucumbers. The fruit is linked to a host of potential benefits and bitter melon tea, also known as gohyah tea, is made from an infusion of dried slices of the fruit and drunk traditionally in parts of Asia.
Directions for use: Use one tea bag per cup. Leave to brew for 3-4 minutes in freshly boiled water.
Store in a dry place.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Seek medical advice before using if taking medication or suffering from a medical condition, especially insulin and diabetes. Not suitable for children. Stop use immediately if you feel any adverse effects and do not use for more than three months.
